Food was terrible so was the service

Great staff, super friendly! Food is better than most locations :) I always get in and out with hot food. Food is always made correctly, even with substitutions! My kids always get kids meals, and they're always hot and made to order. My kiddos are a little picky and to have their burgers perfect every time saves a lot of little heart aches. Thanks so much for all the hard work guys, it's greatly appreciated Parking: Always can find parking :) Kid-friendliness: The staff treats my kiddos like any other customers, they always walk away with smiles on their face from staff kindness

Always try to give this place a chance every 3 months or so, but it never fails to have terrible service. You pull up to the drive thru without another car in sight, and they ask you to wait. After 3 to 5 minutes, they take your order, you pay, you wait, and then they ask you to pull forward away from the window, and there isn't another car behind you or anything. You usually get what you want, but they take their sweet time even when you're the only customer. My average drive thru time is 10 to 20 minutes with my car and never more than 2 others. Usually just my car.

Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper

I have been her 2 times recently and neither visit was a good one. First visit, I handed the girl my money ,she dropped the change on the floor and told me I'm not picking that up, you still owe me 9 cents. Then most recently, I went through thru, placed my order pulled up paid for it. Asked why the price was higher than usual. The guy told me inflation sucks don't it? When I opened my bag I found out he automatically upside my order without asking.The employees are rude and the food isn't very good. No wonder they are never very busy. I don't think I'll be back. McDonald's is next door.
