Ordered food tonight got home no fries just order of onion rings. Attempted multiple times to call no answer, I will be driving out there.I am not very happy last time I get food from this location
Service & staff at night is horrible. They make you pull up & wait every time so they can cheat the time system. It could be no one in front or back of you with a simple quick order and you still wait. Majority of the time you’re waiting for 10+ minutes only to get cold food. Not to mention the staff is rude besides one guy. I asked the guy why do I always have to wait so long when I place my order thru the app.? He goes “to be fair you didn’t have to wait that long”… he clearly missed the point that I wait every single time more than I should. It’s ridiculous. If I ever come back to this location, it’ll be during the day.
Zero satisfaction if possible. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru, guy that took my order was to busy laughing about something. Was given the wrong order. Tried to make a co.plaint on the website and was told because the poorly trained drive thru person didn't give me a receipt they couldn't or wouldn't help me. The order that they gave me was cold and the sandwich was hard as a rock. I'll never eat at this Burgwr King again. They can't get orders right and won't fix them anyway.
Place is a joke, they can’t even bag an order right. They do the same thing all day and still can’t get it right. And they wonder why McDonald’s right next to them stays packed and they have no customers lol.
Pulled up waiting on fries then got cold fries. Ordered ahead still waited 20 minutes she clearly lied to me about fresh fries
Everytime I come here the staff is rude and they're always out of something. Which wouldn't be so bad if they'd offer to accommodate or knock a little off the price or offer a free fry or pie or something for the inconvenience! But they just look at you like you're stupid when you decide you no longer want the product because its missing a crucial ingredient like cheese etc, and what gets me, they dont even tell you until after you make it to the 2nd window AFTER you paid for the product! Why don't they start telling customers BEFORE they pay? And if you ever order from this place on Doordash they won't communicate with doordash that they are out of something they just send you the stuff without the missing ingredient. Terrible management! These places are becoming too expensive for them to expect you to just deal with it! I think that's why they're starting to not even bother telling people they're out of something because they're sick of the backlash. I get the staff don't get paid much and it's sad underpaid employees have to take a bunch of strife because the management isn't getting inventory right, but that's when the staff should take it out on their management! Not the customer who is also getting screwed over!
Two times in a row was my coupon code taken, and they act like they had no idea what I was talking about when asked about my item. I don't know if management is making them not honor coupons because they aren't getting enough business, but it's enough to lose mine. I'll go next door and visit the clown.
I ordered online they forgot my 3 drinks and all the food was ice cold by the time I was home and I only live 10 to 15 minutes away
Fryer oil desperately needs to be changed, all fried items tasted like old oil we couldn't even eat it. Lady at front counter was kind and service was fast. I doubt I'll come back because I know that if fryer oil isn't even changed, I'm sure it's not the only thing being neglected.
Fresh food, drive threw attendant was wonderful. Food was great!! 8:59pm on Sunday aug 18th.
No waiting and great food!!!
