Scandinavian-inspired coffee, bakery, breakfast, brunch and lunch on Market Street. After living in Copenhagen, Denmark for 15 years, chef Nichole Accettola recently moved back to the US to open Kantine. Her Scandinavian breakfast, brunch and lunch menu is all about great organic ingredients, fresh seasonal greens, and mixing that with local Californian produce. A lot of the food revolves around Kantine's Sprouted Rye Bread which is the base of most lunches in Denmark. Other baked goods include favorites from Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
