Juice Bar at LVAC

Drove all the way over to the juice bar and you can’t even buy anything unless you’re a member! Why advertise it online then?

Ashley at the juice bar is incredibly rude!! I cannot believe how much attitude she has!! If I could give a zero star I would!!

I've traveled the entire country and been able to go on every single gym's juice bar without being a member.. Drove all the way specifically to this place to go purchase a juice and maybe some toast or a wrap and got told that it's for gym members only. So apparently they don't want me as a customer or my money and don't even care the fact that I just drove 15 minutes each way to come here, I would never come here again. I honestly won't even join this gym now because of the terrible customer service I got at the front desk.

Today was a very disappointing experience at this juice bar. I was the only one in line waiting to order some food after my workout, which took some time for them to get to me. That’s fine, I have patience. I order 3 items, one included a lunch box item. It took probably about 15 min for them to give me my smoothie & lunch box. But they forgot the juice that’s included with the lunch box. Then I waited for the 3rd item and figured since it was a bowl it would take longer. I sat and waited for maybe 35min until I finally asked and the girl wasn’t even aware they didn’t bring it out to me. So I had to wait another 5-10min for that and no apology or anything to compensate for the wasted time. Smh. The cherry on top was getting home and finding out that the brown rice wasn’t even cooked all the way and was hard. Very disappointing.

Genuine terrible and slow service. Save yourself the time and money and buy elsewhere.

I’m usual at this gym since 2020 and they doesn’t open 24h at all, they start saying they were closing the kitchen at 2am, after that like a week ago they say they don’t serve anything after 1am and today I went at 12 to ask some food and they say they are closing kitchen at 11, update that info cause it all wrong!

Shakes are good but I get eyes rolled at by one of the girls every time just because I ask to make sure they clean their blenders, due to my high peanut allergy. I had a very bad reaction one time when there was a new kid working. Yes, I know I take the risk of ordering BUT mentioning I have an allergy shouldn't cause their employees to ROLLLLL their eyes at me.
