You can never go wrong with JJ’s. The staff in this location is amazing, and the sandwiches always hit it out of the park.

If I could give negative stars I would because your workers have selective hearing and lazy. They never get my order right whenever I go in there and it’s just one simple order. Some how jimmy johns manage to get it wrong EVERY time and your workers are so rude like SO rude. Also got a rude comment made to me all because I asked if they can just put mayo on it. We choose to eat in, along with where we choose to spend our money on food.

This was a great oops on our last visit. Normally, it's an A+ experience.

Jimmy John's always seems to hit the spot. The employees are good at customer service. They greet you when you're entering and ready to take your order. I like Jimmy John's for a quick bite to eat that won't weigh you down. 👍

This is the second time I've ordered delivery in a matter of a couple of weeks and each time it has taken over an hour to get our food. I understand driver's consolidating runs but 6 runs?! Your driver could have made multiple trips instead of waiting 30+ minutes for each of the orders to be finished. Use door dash driver's if you have to!

Yesterday I order in store around 11:55, specifically told the cashier to get me tuna club and jimmy cubano, but I received lulu instead. I did not had the time to open and check it inside the store as i need to go to work. My check number is 96 FYI.

Firecracker wrap is pretty good. Food was ready when promised, friendly staff.

I ordered food which was delivered to the wrong address. After calling the store they told me there was nothing they could do besides send it to HR to receive a refund four days later still haven’t received a refund or a call. Horrible customer service I will never order from the store again.
