Panera Bread

I was surprised to see that I could order on the screen! This way I could take my time and check out the menu without rush. I had the spinach artichoke egg souffle. This visit was to use a gift card for my first visit to the kenosha store.

They really should make the drive thru for pick up purposes ONLY!!!

I do a lot of drive thru due to car naps with my baby. Anyway, I find the customer service and the attitude specifically through drive thru to be terrible and an "oh well" type attitude when issues arise, especially with mobile orders. They really don't try to accommodate drive thru customers or be empathetic in any way (I get it....fast food sucks. But even trying to apologize and explain it's always the person in the window looking away and really couldn't be bothered by our order or existence whatsoever). I'm definitely not in a rush to go to this Panera as much as I could be.

This has taken the place of late night coffee shops. It is a great place to read late at night and grab a bite or a coffee.

The ten vegetable soup was delicious. Better than expected. It has gotten a little pricey though. But still a good soup and sandwich place.

Slowest Panera I have ever been too. And always messing up my order when I’m in the drive through. Have to correct them multiple times when they they read back my order. And pretty disappointed how they changed the menu and removed some really good things they had. Not very friendly either. They need to be retrained and working in customer service
