2.5 hours for delivery- drink lid was cracked off.

I did a catering box of sandwiches. For the price I was very disappointed. I had ask for just meat & cheese on the bread with mayo on the side. All the sandwiches had mayo on them. Then there was only 1 piece of meat on each sandwich. Very disappointed & upset for the amount of money it cost. Think twice before ordering catering from them. I will never again.

this was absolutely disgusting. no flavor whatsoever. the bread was disgusting. their mayonnaise was also disgusting. i feel like the amount of lettuce they put was to try and hide the no taste of the food. they also didn’t have normal yellow mustard? Two sandwiches and one drink came out to almost 19 dollars. will never me returning again. please don’t waste your money. a child can make a better sandwich.

If you dont get your food before say 4 pm its useless druggy teenagers in here who cant make a sandwich without leaving paper on it or mixing different foods on my wrap which was chicken but had tuna and paper on it just garbage store in general all honesty theres a reason there is so many sandwich option in kenosha

Turkey sandwich had two thin pieces of turkey that only covered 3/4 of the sandwich and they would do nothing about it.Had other Jimmy John's at different locations and they were nothing like that.

Freaky Fast, waiting for when I got there

Not freaky fast. Waiting in a line of one ahead of me for 5+ min while they discuss a huge catering meal. The second cash register sits idle with multiple workers in the back talking. I've been at Jimmy John's before where the people making sandwiches ask what sandwich before you even order.
