I love JENI’S. I used to live in Chicago and was there when JENI’S first launched. It’s been 4-years since I’ve had JENI’S so I was excited to see to a location here in Charlotte during my visit. This location did not disappoint! The service was great! Lis (I’m not sure if spelling their name correctly) was so helpful and patient in helping me fulfill my order since I was there with my doggo. Great service! The ice cream was as delicious as I remembered. I will definitely come back to this location if I visit Charlotte again.

I love that they have dairy free options that aren’t just sherbert.

Jesus god this ice cream is next level. The waffle cone is so crispy and sugary—it’s the best I’ve ever had. And they were able to handle my peanut allergy like pros.
