Outside was quite messy and in disarray. Garbage scattered all around the dumpster area. Still went inside...restaurant area didn't appear very clean. Prices were quite high for a chicken sandwich...just decided to go elsewhere.

If you like hot food, beware, it’s a different type of hot and spicy then our southwest spicy it’s Louisiana style, so choose your dish wisely. Some of it as in the very hot can be extremely unforgiving on your stomach. It’s like spraying a can of pepper spray down your throat, and my only qualm with it is that their range that you order of hotness fluctuates I’ve gotten very hot before and it’s almost a mild I’ve gone with just the hot and it’s been too hot to even smell, when they’re on with their heat levels, it’s great food wish they had bigger drive-through cups because I usually have to stop after the drive-through to get a drink because they only sell small ones

After paying nearly $10 for The Chop, we received the box I'll include a picture of. It wasn't even enough food for one person, and it's gross that employees feel they can serve such a small amount a food at such a high price. The bottom of the box wasn't even covered. Jay Birds is not operating fairly or with integrity.

Food here is phenomenal!

Best chicken weve had all week. Dont sleep on this place. Mac and cheese is amazing! Chicken is huge and so juicey
