I am hopeful Jason's was just having an off night, but our meal tonight was so different than in the many times we've eaten here through the years. We used to order our meal and it would come to our table within just a couple of minutes. This evening it was 33 minutes - according to our receipt before our fairly simple meal arrived. Almost everyone around us was also waiting quite a long time too. Sadly, the ice cream machine was also out of order. Hopeful it was just an off night, but so much less than our many prior experiences.
I tried a different dressing. Ruined my salad. Nothing wrong with it. I just didn't like it. Lesson learned.
I give the stars because I think they deserve it. Jason's deli I love. They have different food than I'm used to but I like to try new things. I love their food and the people are very, friendly and helpful. I love that salad bar. Sorry no pictures but next time. This place won't disappoint, it's worth the trip.
Had an issue with an online order, the manager Cliff jones reached out to me immediately to fix the problem, and was very kind and professional. I will continue to be a customer. Only ever had great experiences eating in.
We waited on our food for 40 mins. When we asked the staff about our order she had to take the receipt that we had and go ask someone. A few mins later a guy tells us that he can have our food in 5 mins. Really we have been waiting for 40. Finally 12 mins later we get our food and half of the order was wrong.
The manager Jamie as well as the other staff are very professional and friendly.
