Awesome!! The service was fast and my Carmel Macahoti was awesome! Great for a morning start!

Very good place. Don't really care for your people working to wear jewelry that hangs out of their nose holes. That looks disgusting, but otherwise we like Dunkin.

Terrible experience! We waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru and then received a bagel (with hardly any cream cheese) unwrapped and dropped in a bag and a cold “hot” latte. I had to drive back and wait another 20 minutes in the store for them to remake since they would not give me a refund.

My family loves Dunkin donuts.

Stopped in here a few days ago I witnessed a guy giving the customer the wrong items ( the was adding the wrong items in her box the manager or team leader was on it very quickly to correct before it went out the window shes on top of things give her a raise .But the donuts were not fresh at all it appears they don't make them on-site they are made somewhere else then brought to the stores not like Krispy Cream or Jaco (Philippines only) but overall the staff was nice the store was clean and greeted with smiles.

Believe the bad reviews!! Our order was wrong. I asked the person working at the window about it and he replied “I don’t know what to tell you, I didn’t make it.” Honestly - how is this ever a decent response to give someone who has just been handed the wrong drink? I ordered an iced latte made with almond milk, received an iced coffee with a splash of almond milk. Two very different drinks.I have two stars to the food because the other coffee in the order was correct. Also - my order was somehow doubled which I believe was a glitch in the app. Not the stores fault as I’m sure they have no control over the app.
