You gotta try the items from the secret menu, I personally like the peanut butter & jelly.
This is the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to, the managers don’t care about the employees and will leave one up front to take care of 5 customers by theirselves, and I have waited for my smoothie for up to 20 minutes, bad management they need to hire new people, btw I asked the worker “why are you by yourself” and he said “the managers are busy” what is that? That’s ridiculous
Wow, this place gets a ton of bad reviews. Well, I've only been here a couple of times, once during lunch hour with a huge line (just the other day; placed order in person), and once some other "off-time" when there's just less traffic, to pick up an order-ahead... order, lol; both times were fine. Honestly, I was worried that with the huge lunch line, we'd be waiting a long while, but even with only two (maybe a third was somewhere?) staff members, they tore through the orders. We had our order within several minutes, and that was fine to me. No more of a wait than any other Jamba I've been at (possibly less, and other locations having more staff and no other guests there...). The cashier was very friendly, took our order with no problems, confirmed whether or not we had a Jamba Rewards account-thing... Maybe the staff has changed recently? But, for my part, we've had only good experiences, and are more than happy to return when we're in the area.
I was there during lunch hour and only 2 employees there. The female employee was overwhelmed with back orders and I believe the new employee (guy) was also overworked and overwhelmed . She kept yelling at him in front of all of the customers that he wasn’t fast enough and she was stressed out . That is NOT OK !! I understand work can be stressful but as a new employee I saw that the guy looked like he was trying hard. I never got my order she said it was a 45 -50 minute wait after I ordered . She refund my money but I waited 10 minutes before she mentioned that .
You need more help and that guy needs an apology
I placed an order online and when I arrived at the store no one offered assistance. They didn’t have a cashier and everyone was preoccupied making drinks. I waited there for 5 minutes, and finally got someone’s attention.
My drinks had already been made, and were ready for pick up. 🙄
Would have been nice if they would have acknowledged me when I first walked in.
Was not intending to leave a review but seeing how many truly terrible reviews there are I think I should contribute. (Been here 10-ish times over the past 4+ years). I have worked in restaurants and customer service so I know that you can literally delight the hell out of 90 people but if you aggravate 10, they will make a point to complain officially and the other 90 will just leave with a smile on their face and not bother to even say thanks let alone write a positive review. Ok review: while I have pretty much ALWAYS have to wait - I have never had rudeness problems or unprofessional service from them. And frankly don’t mind the wait as for me it’s more time to hang with my kid. Jamba as a product/brand is too sweet / sugary for me so I always have to customize the drink in order to get something I can have (which staff are generally ok with). Also every time I ask for the rest that doesn’t fit in the cup they kindly give it to me instead of pouring it out. And I know going there that they’re catering to the kids, teens and people in their 20s who frequently go, so that’s the taste profile that they’re serving even though there’s decor pictures of fruits and vegetables that includes kale, they don’t have any kale ☹️. Atmosphere is standard and mostly clean. I come here with my kid and for redemption of fundraiser gift cards.
There is always free and available parking. Obviously there are Vegan & Vegetarian options. And they’re helpful if your school or group is doing a fundraiser. I have not worked with them personally on that but have purchased many times for that.
Feedback: Change music selection to something appropriate & lower volume. Consider offering a hack suggestion for a lower sugar drink & putting up a sign that says “sorry for the wait we’re busier at the moment” to help manage expectations. Have organizations who purchase fundraising provide at least 1 positive review upfront. Can’t tell you how many times I have serious level donations to some nonprofit or school or some religious affiliated organization and getting one person to leave a review to say thanks for that is so freaking hard - even if they promised to do it beforehand. So 4 ⭐️s for all the fundraising services.
I bought two smoothies here two weeks in a row. First time I bought it, it tasted bitter and there are small hard objects in the smoothie, feels like rock or glass, so I throw it away. Today I went back, bought the same smoothie, and guess what, the small hard objects are still there. They are as small as strawberries seeds, but so hard you can hardly break them. I had to throw it away again and will never go back to this store. I always order Caribbean passion at Jamba Juice, never experience this at other store.
Never gets my order right. Closes early all the time. Constant problems
Definitely the worst Jamba I've been to. They get my order wrong about 80% of the time. They play music with profanity at way too high of a volume despite children often entering the store.
I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but they’re really bad. Every time I go here I end up waiting at least 10 minutes for my drink. The staff shows zero urgency, and I am often waiting at the register for five minutes to even get helped. And this is even when they’re not busy/only have a couple other customers. It’s frustrating to see that they’re not trying to move faster at all so that customers don’t have to wait so long. I only go here because it’s close to my house, and I want to stop for a little treat. There’s been a couple times where I’ve left because I’ve waited over five minutes and nobody has helped me.
Service here is horrendous.
The staff at this Jamba location is really great. My smoothies and açaí bowls were delicious and while I was waiting, the team was kind, helpful and funny!
Zaay helped me understand my Jamba points and I really appreciated his patience with that. Zaay even offered to help me carry my order out to my car! Myla was super nice also. My visit really livened up my day. Thanks!
DO NOT GO HERE THE STAFF IS TRASH , AND NOELLE [the "trainer"] IS PROBABLY THE DUMPSTER THEY LEARN FROM.
You know what they say if a team is TRASH ITS THE COACH, and Noelle 🍓 that's you.
BUT MAN , I went about 20ish minutes ago , and I'm unsure if I just don't want to go back to Jamba juice cuz how horrible the 3 girls were working, they took a few orders then got to me and my daughter and said if I could wait while they catch up ... so I say okay ...
Legit about 8 minutes later they get to me I have one drink.. and they bunched orders again. So I'm sitting like dang I didn't know an orange dream machine was that hard, the other dudes didn't struggle like the afternoon staff did..
Sooo since they bunched orders it was about another 8 to 10 minutes to get my drink.
I've never seen it sooo slow it get an orange dream machine , I could have time traveled back to 2006 to orange Julius and got it faster then these people.
What kind of PATHETIC LOSER MANAGER HAS NEW HIRES WORKING MID DAY RUSH , one that needs to be fired,* also when I called on the phone she sounded like she needed to get smacked for how rude she was acting]
[ they saw me taking pictures for my Google account and decide the guy after my order deserved his drink first loll]
0 stars if I could. Staff would not speak to me for 20 minutes while I waited at the pick up counter but they did stare at me waiting. The order was ready the whole time.
Service at this location is terrible. i waited 45 minutes for my order. The so call employee making my bowl was talking to his friends rather than focusing on his job. This is not the first time I experience poor service at this location. The owners at the site need to train their employees and improve customer service.
Fast service and good smoothies
