Inspired by cycles of seasonal-transformation, Saison Winery strives to carefully cultivate, harvest, craft, and age our wines to reflect the terroir in which they are grown. With a focus on small lot production and single vineyard expression, we source our fruit from some of the best vineyard sites in the Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey regions. Saison Winery is a part of Saison Hospitality Group, an award-winning hospitality group dedicated to evolving in the world of food, wine, and hospitality. SHG also consists of two Michelin-starred Saison, Michelin-starred Angler, Saison Cellar, Saison Smokehouse, and Saison Cellar & Wine Bar.
