Apparently Jack-in-the-Box‘s prices have gone up but the menu reflecting such price hike has not gone up so I was a little bit confused when I was charged like two dollars more than the marquee said I should’ve been but I just tracked that option inflation and thought, OK I’m not to let that ruin my experience, but the lady at the drive-through Has a personality of a turnip her face gives away everything she’s thinking and she’s not happy at her job. She’s not happy answering any questions whatsoever. Not personal information just questions Like, “did you put taco sauce in the bag?” Don’t ask that apparently that’s one sums to highly irritate her!! If it were my franchise,…. first some major damage control and retraining staff as to unacceptable attitudes, and appropriate responses to customers. Looking around and observing for the short time that I was at the drive-through. It look like the entire staff could use some building exercises in employee morale and the value of great customer service! After reading some of these reviews and guarantee, that’s the woman they’re talking about!
