Hurtado Barbecue Mansfield

Came here on a Saturday afternoon, the place wasn’t too packed but there was enough people. The line was going by fast and the ordering process was quick. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the food was absolutely great! The sides went beyond my expectations. The only downside is that this location was feeling a bit humid and warm inside. If you’re eating anything spicy like the Texas twinky, you will start to feel uncomfortable with how it feels inside. Everything else was great! Food was amazing! Recommend anyone looking for some real bbq to give this place a try.

Got a stuffed potato. Potato and meat were both dry. Second time going. I'll stick to the chicken. If I go back.

I’m a fan of Hurtado BQQ, but this location was not all that compared to the Arlington one. First, as soon as we walked in, the staff just looked miserable. There was a gentlemen ordering before us, and the staff just looked at him like they wanted him to hurry up. Food was good as always, they definitely changed the potato salad recipe, it tastes better than before. The building was nice and cool as well. Overall, I prefer the Arlington location better

Super friendly staff! Lots to choose from with a good variety. Pros: Brisket is absolutely fantastic! Huge portions and very tasty Texas Twinkies are amazing! Elotes are unreal Cons: Sausage is just ok, and the casing is a bit much, and not as fresh as the other items. Rib was very tasty, but a little dry. Overall highly recommended and we will be back

Very delicious meats(turkey, brisket and twinkles). The beans and potato salad were different. Beans were more pinto style and the potato salad had dill in it which was not my favorite. The loaded potato did have enough cheese or butter.

The food is absolutely amazing!! The brisket was amazing!! My only somewhat setback is the limited seating and the AC not working properly. It was too hot in there especially for a small space. Get some ceiling fans or something! We were uncomfortable just because of that. Food was great though!

Excellent BBQ! Try the family plate so you can try a bit of everything!
