** We ate in the shop, this wasn't taken to go so the food didn't sit** I got the Alex Smith meatball sub and it was so soggy I had to remove the bottom piece of bread from both halves (I even got it without the ranch so I can't even imagine how it would've been then.) You're probably thinking "well it's a meatball sub with marinara sauce, of course its gonna seep into the bread" nope... I've had numerous meatball subs and I've never had the bread turn into a mush like playdough. I just don't even know what made the bread so soggy, because it's not like it was even loaded with sauce like a normal meatball sub... The meatballs weren't bad but they weren't good either. I thought that was the safe choice so oh well maybe it was an off day or soggy meatball subs are normal but I won't be back to test that out lol.
Subs were tasty but I think food was expensive as is for a sub/sandwich and u need to pay extra $4.75 for chips n drinks..
Ordered 5 sandwiches through the app. 2 hours goes by no Sandwiches. Doordash is apparently who they use for delivery, who never showed up. I called for a refund, was accused of lying and told I cannot receive a refund because the food was delivered, which it clearly shows FROM doordash it was not!
Ordered a 341 (Italian vibe) and added the garlic aioli… omg, this is amazing. Served warm with a good proportion of meats, I will be back!! Very tasty
If your a vegan and need a sandwich this is your place
I’ve had a lot of sandwiches, this is the only one i get excited for. Vegetarian options: Incredible amount of vegan options for not being a strictly vegan restaurant. Not to mention how good they are.
Great atmosphere and food! The women working were wonderful. First time trying this restaurant chain and I loved it!
Atmosphere is a four because it's really a just a typical store but they've got quirky sayings and the menu is quirky everything is kind of cute / interesting with definitely an aim towards being fun. So atmosphere is nice and the food is good they have such a strange collection of options and of course the choices on the menu are just examples and you can make anything you want. I hadn't been there before but then I went twice in succession because I enjoyed what I got. Highly recommended and it's good for gluten-free. Very few places have good gluten-free bread but this one does well. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a ground level establishment with a manual swing door. Assuming you can get through that, there is plenty of room inside. If anybody sees this and has an opinion on whether or not a regular swing door is actually passable by somebody in a wheelchair let me know I have assumed the door is okay but if it's not then I will call out places that have automatic doors.
Good sandwich but pricey. Almost $18 for Matt Cain and a drink, no chips
