Everything was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.
Ika San Ramen in downtown Omaha is a hidden gem that serves up delicious and authentic ramen. The restaurant has a cool, modern vibe with graffiti murals and upbeat music, making it a great spot for a casual meal with friends. The menu features a variety of ramen options, from classic tonkotsu to spicy miso and vegetarian broths. I tried the Tonkotsu Black, which was rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked noodles. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the ajitama egg was perfectly seasoned. In addition to ramen, Ika San also offers a selection of small plates and izakaya dishes. I highly recommend trying the gyoza, which are pan-fried to perfection and filled with savory pork and vegetables. Overall, I had a great experience at Ika San Ramen and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic ramen experience in Omaha.
We had an “ok” experience. We spent about 10 minutes trying to find the location, turns out it’s down an alley way. Our server was not very attentive. We were sat, then 5 minutes later, a table sat next to us. Their drinks and apps were out before our server brought us water. Our glasses were absolutely filthy, and we had to wipe them off ourselves. Our appetizer took 32 minutes to come out, and they weren’t very busy. We received our ramen just 2 bites into our app. When it was time for us to leave, we had to stand up to get our servers attention. The food was pretty good, but the service was sub par
Second time here when visiting family. The food was amazing! Atmosphere modern very hip place. Gage was great waiter was very attentive and friendly! Definitely will be visiting every time we visit fam.
Came here Nov 2022 and we're back again all the way from Houston, TX! This place rivals (if not bests) the best ramen places in Htown!!! Always make a trip here whenever we're in town visiting family. Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Got ramps
I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, but it was difficult to eat because it had too much pickled ginger for my taste and really overpowered all the ramen. I usually get a little more chashu when I get tonkotsu, but it was tender and good. The service was excellent and our waiter kept making sure we were taken care of.
Expensive but mediocre Ramen, went once and they only had 1 waiter waited 40 minutes and left. Next ordered delivery and they did not follow any special instructions.
