Ichiban Japanese Sushi Bar & Grill

Beautiful restaurant with great vibes. Our server Erica was great. Quick, kind, patient and knowledgeable about the menu she recommended a nice shrimp tempura roll. We ordered hibachi and sushi lunch options.

中国人オーナーが営むアメリカンな寿司バー。 メニューの種類が豊富で、何を食べようか悩む。 メニューには、日本酒、火鉢（という名前のお子様ランチの大人版みたいなもの）、手巻き寿司、ロール寿司、普通の寿司、刺身などがある。 日本の感覚で考えると決して安くはないけど、アメリカにしては良心的な価格。 店内は清潔で、日本でのファミレスみたいな雰囲気。 注文から提供までの所要時間は短めで、接客も丁寧。 ●火鉢 日本風のちょっとニンニクっぽいバーベキューソース味に野菜炒めや肉や米が合わせてある、プレート定食。これはこれで美味しく食べられると思う。 ●ピーチツリーシティロール どこがピーチツリーシティかは置いておいて、カリフォルニアロールみたいなタイプのお寿司。 米の炊き具合や、中に入ってるエビフライのクオリティ（衣や揚げてらの時間）、ワサビやガリも日本で食べるものと遜色無い。最近は、日本の回転寿司でもこういうタイプの寿司が逆輸入されているが、それと比べても問題ないクオリティ。逆逆輸入？という感じ。 味、コスパ共に文句なし。 アメリカに来て寿司？と思うかもしれないが、アメリカで日本の寿司がどのように発展しているか見ることも出来るし、悪くないと思う。

1st time EVER eating sushi, will probably never eat it again but hey! My patient recommended this restaurant she had never been here either, it was everything she was NOT expecting. She's lived in Japan, she knows her Japanese foods so I could only go by her expectations. There was only ONE English speaking server & she was about to clock out! The other ladies were nice (I think) but they couldn't understand anything we were asking for. This was lunchtime no other patrons were there so they tried giving us their undivided attention, but no one knew how to say it! Thanks for the experience.

The sushi is good. Our meals were flavorful and you get good portions.
