The food was good. My husband and I had the oxtail empanadas while there and they were bomb. We also had takeout and purchased the oxtails over rice and peas with Mac n cheese and candied yams. The food was well seasoned and just the right amount of spice. Honestly they were some of the best oxtails I’ve had in Charlotte. The mac and yams are top tier. The atmosphere was great for my husband and I who don’t party/club. We went around opening time so we were actually the first people in there and a few more came in behind. We will be returning.

1st time at this amazing lounge and I bMUST SAY THE OXTAIL is the best I have had..the chicken wings YO they get my vote great well season and tasty food. Music also great... check them out...won't be disappointed

I be telling folks you don’t go to XO Lounge to pop bottles you go there to order them Yams, Shrimp, Mac, and collard greens. They could never make me hate yal. They deliver late night too, so if you with your link yal got some good food ready for you at demon hours. This will be my favorite for a long time.

The food was great, and the owner is super nice and very caring. Great customer service overall. I would definitely recommend people to eat here.

The lamb chops were amazing! And the Mac and cheese balls were unique and tasty.

Yo, this is a nightclub. Do NOT believe a single social media post reviewing this "restaurant." The staff, very much couldn't be bothered and I therfore didn't bootie to give them a dime. As such, plan to pay for parking firm the millisecond you enter the garage ( was parked for less than 5 minutes), with no validation because this is not a restaurant beloved.

I had to dock a star because the chicken was soggy due to it not being properly sealed in the aluminum so a lot of liquid got under the chicken. However.. The food was amazing. I haven’t had good lemon pepper chicken since Ive been in charlotte and the flavor here is great. So flavorful. The greens- chef kiss ! Thank you for not adding a whole bunch of vinegar. The candied yams 🍠 were so good, and Im used to my families mac and cheese, but this mac was insane so good. For dessert I ordered 🍍 upside down cake. Not too sweet, I loved it . Worth the money. You wont be disappointed ordering from here . I wish I had pictures but i destroyed the food.

Just placed a $70 door dash order, called and asked for tarter and cocktail sauce. The lady said they don't have cocktail sauce got evil with me 2 minutes later my order is canceled.

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE ACCURATELY , a few times I've tried to place an order online and some of the sides are only listed when selecting an entree, not as an individual side! Also, there have been times when the website shows only the Brunch menu, when it's dinner time. Today I placed an order online and only the Mac&Cheese balls were available. Literally right after I placed the order, Mac & Cheese was listed. I called the store and ask if they could swap the Balls out since it wasn't on your website when it was an available side. The lady on the phone said they couldn't cause my order was ready, I get there... And it takes 30 more minutes for my order to be ready 😒 last review I gave you guys 5 stars & I rarely have a problem here, if so it gets fixed .. this is an issue with your website, an inconvenience to me, and I was lied to about my order being ready... I guarantee I'm one the most loyal customers y'all got. But y'all just ruined that. Tell your employees to stop lying and figure out y'all website.... And to top it off, the food was burnt !!! And since nobody wanted to be of convenience, I'll make sure y'all are inconvenienced as I was going forward. L service, L food today!

Food was burnt, missing utensils and sauce, lied to about my order being ready, still had to wait 30min . You don't update your website accurately & when it's busy outside of your establishment you need to better communicate if customers should go in or if your staff will be bringing it out.

Doordashed food from here and it was tooo good! Got yams, greens, and mac n cheese and was thoroughly impressed. Since moving to Charlotte I have had a tough time finding truly good, seasoned food, much less a place with it thats open late. This place is that!
