Absolutely wonderful location, Pablo is one of the best managers I've ever met

All the staff we interacted with were great. Jason was super nice and helpful. Food was fast, fresh, hot and delicious! Wish we were local, but we will definitely be back when we are in town.

Me and my wife went here for lunch. Long story short she has been sick since we ate there. 92% for cleanliness is horrible. If I had noticed that sign. I would have walked out. Dirty establishment for sure and horrible customer service. I won’t be back

Went back again today and... again ingredients posted on the menu were missing from the tacos I had ordered. The cashier admitted they had ran out of them. Second time in a row it happen ... I am done.

5 stars across the board. This was my first time eating at velvet taco. I'm glad I chose this location because everything was top notch. The food, the service, the cleanliness, professionalism

Absolutely FANTASTIC Sunday night staff!

I've come to this location routinely (about twice a week) since they opened years ago. Love the food and the staff is super friendly, but the new management seems borderline incompetent, it's gone downhill in the last six months or so. The last six/seven times I have ordered the weekly taco they haven't had the ingredients, which is extra frustrating since it's the thing I'm always most excited about in my order. Would be five stars across the board if they could figure out their purchasing.
