We went there to enjoy beer and food waited for more than 40 mins to get a table as they told us to wait for 30 mins and the staff and management is very rude and they are just givibg tables to random people coming in as walkin giving reason they have a reservation. Worst experience visiting here. They don't care about any sort of customer service. Ruined my Sunday.

Beautiful place but the worst service, after waiting on our food for an hour they told us they ran out of food after telling us our food was just about to come out, we had to call the manager over and she was very rude and rolled her eyes at us,, we will never return to this place

After making a reservation, we came in and were only served once.. We had to ask the manager to send us our server.. Who we still had to flag down to order our food. We ordered ribs and steak.. After sitting there for 30 min, I noticed 2 tables who sat after us get ribs at one and steak at another. We asked where our food was and were assured that the server just checked and would be ready soon... We found out 10 minutes later that they ran out of the steak and ribs. Since our food items were diverted to other tables before us (by another server) it is clear that there was incompetence by our server and the hostess didn't care. We were offered menu items off the appetizer menu which we can't have because everything is breaded. Needless to say we walked out. This ruined our night. I do not recommend

My wife and a few of our friends finally decided to check it out! Was a busy weekday evening and everything was great. Our server, Tam, was fantastic: fast, attentive and cheerful. She recommended the lobster mac which I had, it was delicious and the serving size was generous. The apple cider sangria my wife had was also great. Will be coming back with more friends!
