Hacienda Bar & Grill

We were invited by friends of ours for our first visit here. Our waiter Tito was the best - Friendly and efficient!! Our food was served fast and hot and our margaritas were cold and refreshing. We had the guacamole, made fresh at tableside. Bueno!! They have a nice menu, with a wide variety. My wife and I split the Hacienda fajitas and still had leftovers to take home. Plenty of seating inside and out on the patio. They had a live DJ playing Friday night. And if I had one complaint, it would be the music was a little too loud for a 7pm dinner. Otherwise, a very good meal and service. We will be back!!

Beautiful ambience and tasty food. We had taco salad which comes in a crispy fried tortilla bowl. We also had the el tequila pollo. Mango mariachi margarita was very good. Feels expensive for the size of the portions.

Most excellent food, and the best mariachi band in the universe. My favorite!! I bring my family and friends when they are having the mariachi band. It’s becoming a favorite of theirs too!

The food is solid. Not exceptional, but good enough that my family has ordered there several times. However, after multiple orders, we have never gotten a takeout order that was correct. The last time I went, I made sure to go through the order before I left. There were multiple things missing from the order, and instead of getting the Texas fajitas I ordered, they gave me steak instead. As I was waiting an extra 15 minutes for them to correct their mistakes, the sever took my bill I had not yet signed. I assumed he was going to discount something to compensate for the extra wait and inconvenience (which was standard practice in the decade I worked in restaurants). Instead, the manager thought it important to add an extra $2 to the bill in order for me to pay for what had been their initial mistake. Also, rather than simply adding chicken and shrimp (and the other three things missing from my order), they removed some of the already cooked steak to reduce the portion size before adding the other elements. Quite poor execution of an order by the kitchen, no quality control by the server or kitchen management, poor customer service/satisfaction, and nickle-and-diming on portion size and charges by the manager. There are too many other great Mexican restaurants in the area for them to operate this way. Two dollars is going to cost them a lot more in lost business.

The manager (who was a girl) was amazing! She stepped up too the task of fixing up our meal. The interior is awesome and so is all of the staff. The “Witch Margarita” is Amazing!!!! The host and hostess were amazing at getting us sat down, in a timely manner. 10/10 awesome service.

Food was what you'd expect. Birria Tacos were not the best, and kinda bland though. $4 for a sweet tea (that costs pennies to make) and $9 for a small queso felt like highway robbery (my fault for not looking at the menu, but for dang). Serve only showed go to take out order, ask how the food was right when it hit the table (well... Idk yet), then at the end when we were ready to get a check and leave. That $4 tea? No refills to be had since the servers were all at the backwall just hanging out.

Food was okay. Portions were small for the price. For drinks prices are not listed and they are HEFTY. $13 for a beer, $12 for a small cocktail, and entrees are $15 on the lowest end. Service was great and servers were friendly.

Went there for the 1st time. To have dinner with my daughter on her 30th Birthday. 🎊🎁🎈🎂🥳🎉

I was surprised when I asked for a regular margarita and was charged $14.99 (high charge must have been for the little umbrella in the 8 oz. drink) and charged $2.50 for an extra cream cheese. Talk about price gouging…

Took my family for lunch and it was AWESOME!!! Our server Nathalia was fast, efficient and attentive! The food was fantastic! I highly recommend the Burrito Tapatio. It’s a bacon wrapped burrito where I had the steak as the meat. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked. The sauce was out of this world. Who doesn’t like a bacon wrapped burrito?!?! Can’t wait to go back and get it again! Get yours!!! Big thanks to Miguel who made our experience exceptional!
