Smoothie King

Just a warning: They close 20 minutes before they advertise. I recommend tropical smoothie which is 5 minutes down the road!

Taste good and the young male with the curly hair had great customer service.

Went in around 7:30p for a 20oz smoothie. No other customers were present and it didn’t appear the two employees had any other orders in hand. The employees were in the back room for about 5 minutes talking. I finally walked out with my smoothie 10 minutes after I placed the order.

This is the worst location ever. I have given it many tries and each time they are rude and not pleasant at all. Plus they don’t ever make my simple smoothie right. After bringing it to their attention 2 weeks ago, a manager was supposed to call me back but never did. Then when I finally went to the store I told them about my bad tasting smoothie and they wanted me to pay full price. I told her why would you expect me to pay when your manager was already supposed to refund me but never reached back out. Her response was “so you want it free”. As if she’s doing me a favor. You took my money last visit for a non-edible smoothie and you have the audacity to charge me for the fixed one. The girls there have no clue how to deal with customers and how to rectify issues. Why is there not anyone working that can take care of these type of issues?? Also, they have a really bad knat problem. I saw atleast 30 hanging on top of all the uncovered fruit/toppings. Disgusting. I will never be back!

Daren is amazing! He always knows my order by heart but more importantly, he is always CONSISTENT. He truly makes the Smoothie King experience every time I come in! A fabulous location!
