Gelson's

What happened to the quality of Gelson's food in Calababas? Spicy Tuna Roll, Wolfgang Puck Pizza, Chicken Tenders, Mac n Cheese and Tri tip, was all awful yesterday on a Saturday afternoon. There is an excitement I have when going to one of my favorite stores and was so incredibly disappointing.... What happened!! Been going there for 45 years!!! Spent way to much money to be this disappointed.

I wish that your employees would be friendlier. They are all so matter of fact! This is our neighborhood store and we go in everyday! Manager has a mean face. Smile. Welcome customers!

I have been a customer of Gelson's for over 60 years. If there is something I need that my closest market doesn't carry or is out of, Gelson's ALWAYS comes through! Great staff and great store!

The staff

I had 3 Gelsons $5 coupons...spent $100... and they refused to take all but one. So silly. I could have just divided my groceries up and paid separately. I've been to other Gelson's and they have no problem accepting my coupons.

Good store. Upbeat staff. I like that pharmacy is there.
