I would never come here again #1 reason the food was soulless no offense to the chef it's the ingredients. I didn't like anything I tasted Not from my plate, not from my family's plate not the rice the salad, shrimp, zucchini, steak, eggs, or the scallops. Not hating just don't like copy and paste generic cooking which this feels One Step Above frozen microwave dinners that were grilled. Staff made me uneasy. I crave different. Out of every review of this place no one has mentioned anything special to separate this from any other Hibachi place. The good, I like the aesthetics of the interior and the food as it is served. Zucchini tasted fresh. That's it. the place is busy so if you think your wait time to sit down was long be prepared to wait even more for your Chef to come serve your food. Our chef was trying to be interactive it's just the group that we were with was depressingly hungry. What they are doing is getting the tables packed as possible because of high demand and there's only one stove top for 8 chairs at our table. I don't blame them they probably don't have a choice but to cram strangers together then wait for the entire table to clear out before accepting more customers and I tell you people come here by the groups. I have never seen so many people unhappy waiting on food sitting in front of me it's a Vibe killer. I believe the sake is potato based not rice. It matters one tastes like tequila the other taste like vodka. I am a huge fan of sushi. had to drown my shrimp tempura in soy sauce just to eat it. Personally hibachi is the same everywhere around here in the 757, same grill same show maybe you'll get a chef that's more Interactive. Same ridiculously large portions of food for one plate that is not advised to be shared. It's a $30 meal easily after state & city tax gratuity if you choose and you get three portions for one person. It's not about the price but for that price range I expect special... anything. here you're paying for a generic experience. Go ahead and get you some Korean barbecue! Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses and apartments. As this place becomes busier parking becomes further away from the building

One of the worst dining experiences ever! My family went to dinner at this establishment for the first time and will Never return. The chef literally burned everything at our table. We did not say anything to the chef, but to management. Big mistake! Instead of taking constructive criticism, she told us how she was in business for years and that is how they cooked their food. No one complained but us. She then proceeded to tell us to, "get the hell out" and never come back. Gladly! I guess my 11 year old son wasn't getting up fast enough, she decided to try to "help" him up and got her hand pushed away. Of course she was recorded for acting like a clown. My 5 year old was laughing at her, because he thought she was joking around, yelling and cursing. She did not like that, she started walking up to him saying, "you think it's funny?" Lady, do not talk to my son. It was an embarrassing moment and I would caution anyone not to dine here. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The food was terrible to say the least, but the customer service was deplorable. There is nothing positive to say about this visit. No one should be forced to eat or pay for terrible food and service. Customers should be treated with respect and not cursed at. Children are off limits!

Vegetarian options: If you want a veggie meal make sure to put your order in first so they can cook yours before any meat goes onto the grill. Parking: There are many parking locations around and I have never seen full parking in the area. Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy the show, flames noises and a fun atmosphere.

We have been coming here for several years especially for my daughter's birthday but tonight we were very disappointed with the distribution of extra food and service. During the hibachi cooking in front of the customers, the chef was absolutely boring and unexciting!!! Towards the end of the cooking there's usually an excess of rice and veggies left over and everyone on the table got extras except for me and my wife. Now we did share a meal and so we were charged an extra $8 and my daughter and her daughter who is like 7 years old also shared a plate and so she was charged an extra $6 for a child and she surely got more on her plate than my wife's plate. Extra shrimp was given to other customers but for whatever reason it seems we were penalized for sharing a meal (even though we were charged an extra 8 bucks) and were extremely short-changed when it came to portions. I brought the discrepancy to the manager's attention and she said sorry but that's about it. She offered me a cold bottle of some kind of soda on the way out but I declined the gesture. Too little, too late!! I will never return to Geisha in Greenbrier. I guess some customers are more deserving than others!!!
