Fuji Japanese Steak House

Not sure what happened recently but this place was once outstanding for family dine ins. Now the quality of almost everything has dropped, from cooks letting food overcook, drinks coming to the table warm. I will continue to go here from time to time but as of now it will remain at 2 stars.

The food is great! But I noticed the portions have been getting smaller for the hibachi.

Always a fun experience

Middletown needs to do better! First we went on a weekday so it wasn't busy. I ordered a drink but noticed there wasn't a price, so I asked why have drinks be the only thing on the menu without prices! .....drink came in a dirty glass with dust all at the bottom. I had to send it back! Second, the hibachi table wasn't clean and it looked like they tried to glue down the metal to the table top unsuccessfully so now there's food all in between. DISGUSTING. Needless to say they should put more funds into cleaning and upkeep rather than highway advertisement. We went be going back...ever.
