Waited in line for 15 minutes because it was pretty packed and when we got to the register the lady told us we have to wait until everyone else behind us paid for their frozen yogurt. So we left after waiting 15 minutes just so the people behind us ice cream wouldn’t melt. Extremely annoying since I’m a regular customer I’ve never experienced them saying that before. Bad service.

The lady took for ever to make the bubble tea... she served other first instead of us ND my kids are waiting for the drink while this lady is taking other orders
