Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

OK. The burgers were great. I ordered a chocolate brownie concrete. I wondered why my order didn't look as advertised. Nor did it have the brownie and hot fudge mixed in nor the whipped topping and cherry on top. I dug my way to the bottom and all it was, was just a chocolate concrete. You expect orders to be filled the way you ask, even at fast food places. Maybe the music was so loud the counter guy didn't understand. The good news is that I was charged for what someone "thought" I ordered, not "what" I ordered. Count me disappointed. But the burger was good.

Casey took our order through the drive-thru and was super helpful and professional! Everyone was super friendly and the food was great!

Went in because I put an order on the app and it accidently went to another store. When I realized this and told them the cashier instantly and sarcastically said “have a nice day”. Awful customer.

Waited over 35 mins in the drive thru....as my husband grabbed the bags the worker said oh its all in there! I should of known better. We had the wrong drinks......4 tiny onion rings in the bag when a side of onion rings was ordered. We were also missing fries..... My child had just gotten out of surgery We were trying to grab lunch fast to get back to the hotel....only to realize our entire order was wrong after waiting over 35 mins at the window for our food. Fries tasted disgusting. Obviously never change the grease.
