Get it Carolina style!

Had a great experience at Foothills. The burger, Carolina style was fantastic, and the kids really enjoyed their hot dogs. The guy working the truck was really helpful with recommendations, and a tip for fry lovers: theirs are fried in beef tallow, making them extra crispy. A well-deserved 5/5 stars. Highly recommend!

Great food and incredibly kind staff!

Unfortunately the brisket sandwich was utterly without flavor and was mostly gristle. We both felt off for the rest of the day. Never again.

We probably eat at Foothills various locations more than anywhere else. It’s so important to know we can trust the quality and integrity of the ingredients when out to eat. We are so grateful that Foothills matches our own standards! So many places cut corners and use cheap, unhealthy seed oils which we will go out of our way to avoid. Not to worry though at Foothills they cook their fries in tallow! You will taste and feel the difference. All their meats are so fresh. Our kid loves the hot dogs and we always do the classic double without ketchup and tomato. The seating at the brewery is great and dog friendly. Easier parking than the biltmore village location and lots more covered tables. Plus they have pinball and bocce ball. Wish they used a Mayo without soybean oil. I’ve seen recipes for tallow or duck fat mayo so it would be amazing if they made their own. I’d buy jars of it!!
