For centuries, Maqluba, by one of the most popular dishes in the Middle East. It consists of meat, rice, and fried vegetables placed in a pot, which is flipped upside down so, hence the name. In addition to Maqluba, Flip It features, other popular Palestinian and Middle Eastern dishes, including Mujadara, Maftoul, and Palestinian dessert - Kunafa.
