Happy March 2025! Wishing you a month as bright and beautiful as spring itself! Flip It Restaurant feature the famous Palestinian delicacy, Maqluba (means “upside down”). For centuries, Maqluba, by one of the most popular dishes in the Middle East. It consists of meat, rice, and fried vegetables placed in a pot, which is flipped upside down so, hence the name. In addition to Maqluba, Flip It features, other popular Palestinian and Middle Eastern dishes, including Mujadara, Maftoul, and Palestinian dessert - Kunafa.
