The food was excellent, fresh, and had all the right flavors. The only thing i didnt care for was the parboiled rice you guys used. Not a big fan of the product, thats just me. The rice should be soaked in salted water and rinsed well before cooking, but im sure you already know that. I will definitely eat here again if given the opportunity.

I moved from Henderson about 6 months ago and while I miss a lot about it Flame Kabob is at the top of the list. Sam the owner is as genuine as they come and cooks amazing food. I can’t get this kind of Mediterranean food where I live currently. Miss this place a lot.
