Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I came thru the drive thru and ordered a Thai chicken wrap with a banana as my side. Got to work realized that I didn’t have the banana that’s okay I really wanted the wrap. I cut it in half start eating it and it didn’t taste right. The lettuce was wilted but the biggest thing is there was no Thai sauce on a Thai chicken wrap!!!!

Always gets my order wrong

You’re waiting at least 15 minutes in a drive-,thru And don’t let people Order after you Because they’re going to now make everyone’s food and drinks at that one time so you’re waiting just for your one drink, and they have attitudes that are unnecessary and they have no customer service skills.

Been closed here 2 nights in a row. Supposed to be 2 am but it's 10:30 pm now and closed

How? I have half an hour for lunch, but this Tropical Smoothie is only 5 minutes away. I just drove down to the drive through only to be told they are not taking orders because they have too many online orders. When I asked for the name of their manager, I was told they don't currently have one. She didn't have an attitude. If anything, she sounded more frustrated, but still, that is ridiculous. Then I was stuck in the drive through NOT HAVING MADE AN ORDER.

Drive through is longest wait in time when no one js ordering inside . My order is always 50% incorrect . I keep giving them chance because closer to Anthem then the Eastern location but drive thru seems convenient- ends up being a horrible experience everytime .

So I went in today to order some smoothies for my husband and I. I'm allergic to pineapple, so I ordered an island green with no pineapple for me and a sunshine Smoothie for my husband. I let her know about my allergy as well, just to make sure. There were a couple of kids in there who seemed to know the girl behind the counter. One of the teenagers almost bumped into me so I was like bruh, personal space. And laughed it off. From that point on the kids were laughing at me, mocking me, and mocking me with the store employee who was laughing at them. I had to have her remake my smoothie because it was so watered down. I was super nice about it. I asked for more mango in it, and they continously mocked me saying "There's not enough mango" even as they walked out of the store. My husband heard them from the car saying it too. The second smoothie was worse than the worst, watery, flavorless and had chunks of ice. I should not be chomping on my smoothies. My husbands was watery as well. The fact that this employee laughed at these kids mocking me and made 3 awful smoothies makes me give this place 1 star. I'd give it 0 if I could.
