My husband and I frequent Fish N’ Things often and usually have a great experience. The food is great but tonight the service was horrible!! First the poor guy behind the counter was on his own as the line got a little backed up and the other employees had a grand time in the kitchen not helping. Then when someone did come out and help they did not listen to what I wanted. I asked them to wait a minute while I asked my husband what sauce he could eat because he has very specific dietary restrictions. She just put the fish and toppings on the rice instead of waiting 10 seconds. I told her I wanted the sauce all over the toppings and fish and she said there wasn’t anything she could do except give me a side. She was very rude and unhelpful. The food is not cheap and good quality but then to not be able to get it the way he wanted was very disappointing. Very frustrating especially because my husband has a very limited diet and that was compromised tonight.
I order a large poke bowl from door dash. They did a great job packing the food and they use tapes to secure the bowl. They packed up my bowl really good, but I wish they added more salmon or ahi tuna lol. Great poke though!

The food was really good, I've been here several times in the past and have always loved it. In fact, I had considered it one of the best poke places I had ever been to. When I went yesterday, they no longer have indoor dining, only outdoors. And while the food is still really good, they don't put as much sauce on as they use to, the flavor is great just a little dryer than in the past.
Ordered the Cooked Salmon Tacos, Deepfried Squid, Sweet Unagi Bowl. All was superb.
False advertising and fraudulent.. they texted a 10% off code for ANY purchase but will not honor it because it is online order. Not the first time they refuse to make it right
Spent $50 on food and the max ginger they will give us 4 before charging more? Lol this is the first sushi place I’ve been to that’s stingy about ginger. Y’all just lost a potential repeat customer over fifty cents. Soy sauce was also missing in the bag even though they confirmed it was in there. The way the employees were working it seemed like this is their first time running a restaurant.
