Come here often. Never had a bad sandwich experience. Feel as though the meatball subs had dipped in pizazz lately. Hero sub and Hawaiian special are so delicious
First time eating at firehouse subs 5 subs $69 , wow o well , got the cheese Steak was not that hot the Steak was lacking flavor it was so so . For putting sandwiche in the oven it was not that hot , the steak lacks flavor the whole sandwiche was not that flavorful, could have been my choice of sandwiches.
First time here, the staff was GREAT. My sub was absolutely fantastic. The store was clean and inviting. This is a much better experience than other sub sandwich shops I have been to.
Went in for a sub and was greeted by a lovely young man Damien, was very attentive! By the way he made me the most delicious sub! 10/10 for him!
A big thank you to the Damien or David (I couldn’t hear his name too well). He was super kind and patient with us as we had some indecisive tendencies, but what stood out the most to me was his interaction with my friends son. He’s autistic and has a tendency to get overly excited when he meets others and ask a bunch of questions about themselves. He was doing this while Damien(David) was taking our order and instead of getting frustrated he answered all his questions and went above and beyond to give his son a cute fireman’s hat. Thank you for not only giving us awesome service and suggestions but also making my friends child feel included! We appreciate you.

During my checkout, I interacted with one of your cashiers (Host : Zariyah) , and I felt that the service provided by her was not up to the usual standards I've come to expect from this business. The cashier (Zariyah) appeared to be inattentive and somewhat abrupt in her interactions with me. I understand that everyone can have off days, and I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. However, I believe that customer service is crucial, and it plays a significant role in a customer's overall experience. In this instance, I felt that Zariyah"s behavior fell short of the friendly and helpful service I've received in the past.
