I have never been here without a 15min wait. Even when I place a mobile order I go in 20min later to pick it up and I wait 15min!! While they take orders from people in line and attend to them first!! I just went through the drive through today and nobody was in line I was the only one and they made me wait 3 min before taking my order and made me wait 10min after I paid!!! I was the only one there come on. This isn’t fast food get it together! U lost a customer today

Even when they seemed understaffed they got my drink out fairly quickly and were polite. I can tell when people pour the espresso over the ice which isn't how it's supposed to be, having worked at a Dunkin before, and every time I've gotten a drink here I've never had an issue with the taste.
