Not sure what’s going on with this location, new cook? I’ve always requested my burgers well done with no issues. The past 3 times they are red/not cooked in the middle. The one time I went back for them to remake, they gave it to me charred burnt. Rather go out of my way to another location
Sadly, they quit serving the kobe meatloaf dish that we always came here for. Their menu is now mostly steaks at high prices.
Tucker was fantastic and one of the best servers I've had in years! He made our entire team dinner a pleasurable experience. The food was delicious but the pasta was a little overcooked. Other than that, I would come from Belmont on a regular basis to sit in Tucker's section. Definitely request him when you're there. You won't regret it :)
We went on an off night. Took a long while to get our food. Staff was super responsive to that fact and went far beyond accommodating. Stellar service from the waiter and the manager. Food was 10/10! Hot, delicious, and exactly what we wanted.
This was probably one of the best firebirds we've eaten at in a long time. We ordered a filet that was cooked medium as we ordered. The server Jacod was very attentive. The highlight was by far the cheesesteak egg rolls which are worth going here for. The deviled eggs sounds good but are lacking flavor. The burger was just OK, the honey chicken was overcooked but with decent flavor in the glaze, fries are thick cut and boring. We also had some minor issues with service. I can see the vision and potential, but the star has to be flavor which is surprisingly lacking for the good presentation. I'd recommend going if you have a coupon.
Everything was delicious. I had plenty of hors d'oeuvres and appetizers and the blue cheese fillet was phenomenal.
The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Loved this place.
