Got the strawberry green tea with strawberry popping boba. Very good and just the right amount of sweetness!

Pricey for a so-so buble tea and flavored ice shavings. Not going there again. Slow service

Clean and fast service

This place is attached to Bonchon. We took advantage of the buy one get one shaved ice special after lunch. Interestingly, their machine takes flavored liquid and makes it on the spot into the fluffy "snow" you get from Hawaiian or Taiwanese shaved ice. Yummy!

The worst customer service, especially the girl who make the tea.. Milk tea was so plain, this place is getting worse and worse.. please hire someone who knows how to brew tea instead of steaming lining the tea process.

My experience - mediocre at best. We got pineapple green tea and strawberry green tea. Both of them are bad. Also, the toppings are very less. I used to go to gong Cha and I didn't find any other bubble tea shop in Charlotte to beat it.

I really like their Mango and passion fruit green tea!
