Ezell's Famous Chicken

Turned away at 740 pm and told they are closed. Lol look I Used to work in the restaurant industry and I understand when someone comes in with five minutes left until you close and orders a meal in a restaurant but give me a break 20 minutes before you close all I wanted was peach cobbler do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

My first time eating here was pretty amazing. Good food, good service and fast timing but BOY was that not the case today. Sorry Ezells but you’ve lost the game today. You need more staff, even on a Sunday. They’re clearly overwhelmed. They only called out certain numbers which is annoying. My order was number 75 I heard 73, then like 5 mins later, I hear 77 and was like wait.. did they skip me? No they just left my food sitting on the counter and didn’t call out my number.. so annoying. Not worth the price for what you get; and definitely not when you’re gonna get pretty bad service and cold chicken. And they gave me the wrong fries which really sucks because I’m a sissy when it comes to spicy so it’s important to me when I order non Cajun fries that I don’t get Cajun fries Step up your game, Ezells. I used to hear that this was THEE chicken place to go to. Not in my experience. Safeway does a better job, and at least I get my food hot and fast.

Greeting was good. Chicken cold and hard! Tasteless. Not all chicken is created equal. One-timer. Tables not cleaned under staffed.

Unbelievable! Can’t believe that they serve itsy pieces of chicken scraps. Call them strips. Seats are uncomfortable.

The kids with dreads has awesome customer service he’s going to do very well he said he’s just got hired keep up the good work

Check your order before you leave and plan for a wait even if prescheduled! Ordered online for pick up, did not get all the food we ordered after waiting an extra 20 mins past pick up time. Soda machine was not working fully, sprite and lemonade was water and lids broke before walking out the door spilling. Customer service over the phone and in person was not professional. Manager said they were short staffed and nothing they could do for us after getting home.

Ordered chicken on Doordash and used to go here for good quality chicken and food but my food was absolutely disgusting and Doordash refused to give me my money back. The chicken was extremely over cooked grease must have been bad literally chipped my tooth biting into it .. the Mac and cheese was disgusting and burnt.. super disappointed and couldn't even get my money back or a reorder. Sadly won't be getting my business anymore.

I had better banquet dishes than this. The desserts was horrible the chicken taste like frozen dinner food I rather have a Marie Callender then eat here.
