Rude, racist, and unprofessional. I will never come back here ever again. I ordered online for “faster” service. Guy at the front saw me standing there for over 10 minutes, yet didn’t actually acknowledge me. He served about 5 people that came in before me with no problem. I went to get in line to “order here”, showed them my order, and worker said “go ask up front” and gave me a thumbs up. I responded with “I did but y’all don’t acknowledge me.” If you all don’t like people of color PLEASE SAY THAT and I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I don’t know who made our sandwich today, but it was above and beyond our expectations! So delicious, we truly appreciate the effort. You can always tell when food is “slapped together”, this was not it. Even during lunch hours when I’m sure ya’ll are busy, we could tell this sandwich was made with care. Keep up the good work!

We love to come here after the gym, but today Austin was so cool and accommodating it literally brightened up my whole day!!

The customer service of this location is very poor. Just while sitting waiting on my sandwich 4 people came back with their orders being wrong. Then when I received mine it was wrong too and I was told “we are busy with hot sandwich orders”. No one was mean just seems to lack management oversight on quality assurance.

The employees are always so kind and friendly. I’m grateful they have curbside pick up since I have little kids in the car. My food has always been made correctly and quickly.

The manager Tyson immediately responded to my email when I had a complaint about my sub. I've emailed a few companies with complaints about a lackluster experience and he was the first to ever respond. Yes, the sandwich wasn't up to par, I like to give benefit of the doubt assuming it was probably a new or inexperiencd hire which I understand completely. The staff the day I ordered were polite, kind and professional. Mistakes happen and I'll for sure be a frequent customer at this location based on the customer service alone

I don’t know the guy that suggested a number 12 after talking to him about what I was craving but he deserves a metal. For one he was so nice and helpful and the sandwich was bomb!!!!
