Named after Eric Hilton, son of hotel icon Conrad N. Hilton, Eric's Restaurant is situated in the heart of the University of Houston's main campus and is only minutes from downtown. Eric's and the Hilton University of Houston are managed by the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management where more than 50 percent of Eric’s staff members are students, making the restaurant a unique training ground for the future leaders of the hospitality industry.
