Unfortunately, I did not try the food at Enoteca Bruni and never will. I strongly suggest to the restaurant to do a training to whoever is answering the phone and taking reservations. I tried to book a table for two at 9-9.15 pm yesterday night. First, I have been asked in a very rude way whether I knew their menu. I said that visited their website etc, but that it would have been my first time at Enoteca Bruni. He said that they don't have an à la carte menu. I said that it was totally fine with me. He seamed really disappointed that I still wanted to make my reservation! Then he said "anyway we do not accept reservations after 9 pm". I said that I asked a 15 min flexibility just to be safe in case we were a bit late. He said it was not possible to arrive at 9:15, he did not explain why and was extremely rude. I was honestly shocked.
Made a reservation one month in advance for a vegetarian tasting menu here. When we arrived and were seated the maitre d’ started discussing meat options, already extremely disappointing as we were the only table at that point in the restaurant. The wines were very good, cheese very good, the food could have been better however. The risotto we started with was delicious, the 2nd course however a piece of broiled (not boiled) cabbage was a ridiculous thing to serve in such a setting. I feel as if they weren’t at all prepared for us despite their website which notes that they cater to vegetarian/vegans and I received email confirmation they could accommodate us. Disappointing, I wouldn’t go back unless they produced a proper vegetarian menu (this is 2024)!
Ambiente fantastico e personale eccellente!
Superbo ❤️
Esperienza unica.. atmosfera veramente accogliente e sofisticata.
