Elements Restaurant

Was here for a quick brunch before heading to Portland airport but it turned out to be an awesome experience. The pork loin dish was the main highlight with diverse flavors mingled very well with one another, but the pancake was spectacular too! Highly recommend!

I like the brunch menu. Try the tortilla espanola.

We stopped in for drinks and appetizers on the patio and we ordered the Brie crab dip and the Asparagus crab cake. The Brie crab dip was so amazing and you definitely were given a generous portion of crab. The Asparagus crab cake was so beautifully presented that we almost didn’t want to eat it…but we did and the flavors were lovely, slightly sweet and slightly savory. Our server Mary was friendly and knowledgeable. Next time I think we’ll sit inside as it looks so pretty with the tree sliced dining tables and local art work lining the walls. Well done.

Food is original, delicious, and beautifully presented

Amazing sustainable food. Prices are great, beautifully plated, and various cocktails. We reserved the top floor for a birthday party during brunch. I ordered the pork tenderloin schnitzel with poached eggs with espresso martini. Everyone’s food and drinks were beautiful and delicious.

Lovely spot in Downtown Vancouver serving some of the most delicious foods. Everything here is in point. I can’t wait to come back again. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options.

Dinner was insane last night. The bucatini pasta was LITERALLY the best pasta I have ever had from a restaurant. Period. I’m literally praying that you guys keep it on the menu permanently. PLEASE. Also, the strawberries and cream tart was so lovely for a very light dessert. Not super sweet, a beautiful delicate vanilla flavor, and the super crunchy crumbly chocolate crust. Thank YOU!!!!

Delicious brunch spot in Vancouver. From the tasty cocktails to the savory specialties, everything was fantastic. Service was amazing and so friendly. Shrimp & Grits is my go-to brunch as well as Eggs Benedict. Hubby tried the Dungeness Crab Bene with a Housemade Portuguese muffin. The spicy flavor in the Shrimp & Grits were perfect and hit the spot! Definitely a must try if you are in the area. Parking lot directly behind restaurant with direct access.

Food was tasty - not amazing. Service was friendly, but slow. Place was a bit dingy and dirty and dead plants at entrance did not set a great tone.
