Great food. However. Music too loud to hear barista. She used a used wet towel to clean the sides of the milkshake cups. Use a clean paper towel each time!

Ordered here on New Years Eve and the machine died while it was processing my payment. They assured me that it didn’t go through even though it was showing on my bank app as pending so they had me pay again. Both charges DID eventually post to my account and the bank has now denied my dispute for the duplicate charge bc I left a tip the first time in line, but the second time they had me pay at the window the guy didn’t give me the option, so the amounts were different. How could it clear my bank account the first time but NOT show as paid on their end?? Absolutely feels intentional.
