Brandon & Nas are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I visit this location several times a week & these two typically work evenings. They run a tight ship to say the least. They truly are the freaking best & deserve a raise. Especially Brandon! With the world being what it is today, it can be quite brutal sometimes. Over the past few years I feel there has been a major decrease in customer service overall/ generally speaking. Regardless what service/ store. Brandon & Nas made me realize that good work ethic within our youth still does exist & I strongly feel that when it’s experienced, it needs to be shared. It also needs to & should be praised/ recognized. Not with a Dunkin gift card either. They’re the reason I continue going and paying way too much for a coffee.

Inconsistent latte- some days I get coffe with milk and some days I get a latte but the only thing I order is a latte. I stopped going to this location weeks ago but today I was desperate. My five dollar large latte is just milk today. Like no espresso at all! Not even coffee!

I was there at 7:30 pm & they were totally out of donuts! I ordered a med carmel latte. The steamed milk was luke warm and they only filled the cup halfway and filled rest with whipped cream!

Can do better
