Dunkin'

This location is phenomenal, I never have had any issues here. All the staff are always friendly and awesome when it comes to my order's. Regardless of how they are feeling during that time weather it's stress levels high or what have you they are on top of it. They all work really really hard. I just want to say I understand the stress they go through from work. I use to be a manager at the dunkin in Eddington, I now own shares of Dunkin, I have also been a Manager for Tractor Supply and Wendy's as well and I am a very high share holder for both those companies as well. The staff at this location work extremely hard and go the extra mile Regardless of the annoying mobile order's that come through I totally get it I was extremely annoyed with mobile order's back to back constant as well. I am now a regular for this location. And employees/managers for this location. I just want to let you know your hard work is noticed Regardless of the bad reviews sometimes a lot of people do understand and do notice you. Great job to you all!!!.

Staff did not follow the order. I ordered the sourdough sandwich which usually comes with bacon, I opted for sausage. They decided to make it however the hell they wanted and to hell with customer instructions, they can't read anyways. And you want $10+ an hour.

Tried to get two blueberry cobbler donuts and asked that they be put in one of the small 10 count munchkin boxes so they coulday flat. It’s really hot and humid, the donuts were to go home to other people, and I didn’t want them to turn into melted mush. I was given a flat “I’m sorry I can’t do that”. Mind you I’ve asked multiple times over the years at multiple Dunkins and never had an issue. It was also near closing for the store, so those donuts will just go in the trash instead of being sold, along with the third I was going to get for myself.

Very rude staff especially with black hair and skinny ones. I just left without ordering anything.

Will never go there. Employee very rude to walmart employees and customers. One with black hair and skinny is very rude1

Friendly and efficient staff!

Tried waiting around five minutes to place an order, I heard giggling around the corner so obviously someone was working. Decided to leave and looked back to see the girl looking then ran back around the corner when she seen me staring. So professional.
