Terrible management. Ordered pizza for my staff after a long day they had an evening meeting. It should have arrived around 6:00pm, got delivered close to 7:00pm. When you order it the approximate time is poorly miscalculated. Talked to Kenneth around 6:30pm, he said we were the next stop. I asked how long because if it was another 30 minutes or so it wouldn't be worth it. I explained that I wasn't upset directly at him but the situation but needed a more accurate time frame. He couldn't give it to me or any info of how close (like tell me how far it was from the place before our order) & I asked for a manager. A few minutes later he came back & said she'd tell me the same thing. The manager wouldn't get on the phone to talk to an upset customer? The manager won't support their staff to handle a concern? I submitted an online complaint & expect a response. I worked customer service a long time, I know things happen. It's not Kenneth, it's the management & when I asked for her name, he said "I am not liable to give that information". Unacceptable Dominos, unacceptable. Oh & after the call, I got a text notification about 15 minutes later saying my delivery driver just left. Update 12/28: Emailed in response to owner's comment below, even though I opened a case as stated above... even included case number, no response still.
Every time I order from here they take at least 2-3 hours to deliver it. Horrible service
We ordered from them all the time, and this experience was absolutely horrible. They canceled my order without letting me know after being late. Almost 2 hours got it redelivered the next day. They sent it on my back porch and 40° weather. It was cold in disgusting.
In the past i’ve had only good experiences with this Dominos, but today, that all changed. Dominos is going to hell under the new manager. I recommend that Crystal be hired back & Blake be demoted immediately.
I personally think Crystal, Blake, and the whole team at this store deserve a big shout out.
