Domino's Pizza

Dominos is my family pizza place and we love it. They serve fresh and delicious pizza every day.

We have family movie nights on Friday and our son typically picks Dominos. We live in a complex that has a single road in and out and live directly on that road. Our front door and unit number are super visible. We have had consistent issues with drivers straight up stealing our order or sayings its "delivered" when it never arrives. Sometimes, it will arrive over an hour past the scheduled delivery time. When I've called to check status of the order because the app says its "delivered" I get told to wait, or I get grilled as though I'm stealing a pizza. Our security cameras are on regularly and record every interaction at our front door and ONLY when I say this do I get resolution. Some of the delivery drivers are SUPER nice, and some of the kitchen staff are AMAZING, but the service I receive regularly from this location has been below grade. I get this is a first world problem but good lord, just deliver my freakin' pizza please.

Food nicely cooked and served. No issues in this transaction, at this location. Very sincere staff.

Got a veggie and chicken pizza along with some tots and a drink. The veggie pizza turned out good, but the chicken pizza was very bad with disgusting smell that couldn't eat a bite. When called the store and complained, they sounded casual and said they can't do anything. I asked if it was fresh, and they said they replace the left outs every 3 days. I even asked if I could bring over the pizza for them to check for the smell and I expected if they could give a replacement but that did not happen and I just to throw the whole pizza box. Would never go back to this store again.

I don’t know what to say after seeing this Pizza??? Yes, those are Pizza slices.
