Domino's Pizza

I did leave a better review to begin with. But I will not be ordering from them again :) A lot of the time my food is burnt. Not the pizza! The pizzas are usually fine. There have been times that I don't get the toppings I've ordered. But it's not a huge deal. The breadsticks things are sometimes burnt. But the chicken nuggets are usually burnt on the edges with BARELY any sauce. The hash browns are always burnt around the edges. The sandwiches taste great just inconsistent. 2) the wait time is so inaccurate. It'll say 20-30 minutes you're gonna wait 2+ hours almost everytime. I've ordered at 9pm and gotten my food at 1am before. Right now I ordered at 5pm it is now 7pm and its still in “Prep” The wait time is always so so so long. Usually if I want pizza at 10 then I need to order it at 8:30. I always forget the wait time so I'll order at 9 expecting it at 10. Then I have to stay up until 11:30. I've called a few times and they've just declined it. They finally picked it up. They said I would have to wait another hour until they LOOKED at it. They both sounded annoyed and like it was their first time speaking to a customer. I had used two coupons to get my stuff mostly for free. I said cancel my order and can get my $22 dollars worth of coupons back some how and she said no. That's it's not her problem its through corporate. I asked if she could get me a manager. She almost laughed and said no that she's not going to. Gave me an oh well and went silent. She sounded like she didn't like her job. So I said whatever and hung up. I oughta go down to the store and take $22 bucks out of her wallet since its so funny. I've had issues at my store with coupons, exchanges, or out of date sells, and its simple. You speak to the manager. The manager reaches out to their manager. That person then sees whether or not a gift card could or should be made under a customer pay out. I sent an email to corporate to hopefully get my money.

Absolutely worst experience possible. I placed my order online. Went in store to pick it up when the app said my order was ready. I didn’t have money on my debit card to cover the cost. I went in with a $100 bill. I was told they couldn’t break the bill for a $42 order. I find that hard to believe on a Saturday evening. I had to leave the store with no food to drive across town to deposit the money into my account and then go back to the store to get my food. I asked to speak with the shift leader and expressed my disappointment and was offered no resolution. I was simply told there was a sign on the door that stated they cannot break a bill bigger than a $20. I did not see this sign. When I got home the pizza that I had ordered with extra cheese did NOT have extra cheese. My pizza was room temperature at best and my chicken wings were cold. I will NEVER go back to this location again. 1 star is too good for this location. Get your act together people.

I placed a take out order and it was ready in 15 minutes.

Unfortunately we live right by the worst dominos in Bangor. They ALWAYS forget something. It never fails. Then say they are to busy to bring you that item even AFTER the driver says he'll be right back. This has happened way to much. We always tip and treat you guys right but we never get that back in return.

Great pizza cheaper price compared to pizza hut

I would give zero stars if I could! I've tried this place on 3 different occasions each time hoping the next time would be a better experience. Welp, each time it got worse then the time before. This place is trash! 3 strikes and you're out!

I had a similar experience someone else in reviews had, I waited over 2hrs! App wasn't working, & no one answering phone. I actually sent emails to corporate, they sent back a client number, never heard from them after that! And I even contacted them a second time! Same response, NONE Before this I rated them 5
