Dunkin'

The moment my father and I entered, the staff was completely unprofessional with us. First they don’t let you use the bathroom without buying something first which this is the first and only Dunkin' I’ve ever seen put in such a policy. Our order was also taken wrong but I don’t blame the poor young gentleman who took our order- it’s clear he new and is still learning the ropes though it’s also clear he’s not being trained properly. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Dunkin’ location.

Shift Manger at the order widow today.. I think Tyler.. needs better manners with customers.. if you can't hear people you say "I'm sorry I'm having a hard time hearing you" NOT "Yeah, I can't hear that" in a rather rude tone.. seriously need to train people better.. none of the Dunkins have a clue..

I fell on an icy day and they replaced all my drinks for free. Always great service and drinks made correctly.

Fairly quick drive through. Kind of sketchy area, quite a few homeless people around.

For those of you complaining about the rest room being locked and having to make a purchase to use it.. this location has had several overdoses in their bathroom. Most places in bangor no longer have a public restroom due to the homeless population. I cant say i blame them. Drugs use and homelessness are real issues everywhere but especially in the bangor area. I never have issues with the workers, my coffee is always good, and when I need to use the restroom there is no issues because I am usually there making a purchase. This location is super busy and still makes my coffee right every time. And they have been making an effort to keep the bums from hanging around inside and outside. However, they can't do much if they make a purchase.

The service is genuinely great. The workers are always upbeat, fun and nice. I just wish the food and beverages matched. My cold brew ALMOST always tastes very old, my sandwiches are literally cold, not even warm. The hash-browns hit sometimes, but other times they’re also pretty old. The atmosphere is alright! I know it’s hard to keep things tiptop with the homeless population hanging around constantly and Karen’s cussing out the employees. They blast inappropriate music a lot from a Bluetooth speaker to the point where you have to yell to order, but that’s chill. At least the employees are having a good time.

Today, the service was excellent and fast. They are usually a bit slower and mess up something in my order, but I keep going back.
